Key Responsibilities:
* Operate the sewing machine safely and according to procedures.
* Carry out thread changeovers, needle replacements, and simple operator maintenance tasks.
* Conduct pre-use safety checks on the machine.
* Produce high-quality sewn vinyl-based products: pole wrap, clamp covers, and basic shaped items.
* Adhere to safe systems of work.
* Work to production schedules using the web-based T card system while maintaining high standards.
* Maintain quality checks to ensure products meet high standards.
* Ensure volume of work matches the needs of the business.
* Gain exceptional knowledge of the products and their manufacturing processes.
* Become self-reliant on tasks.
* Follow work plans accurately.
* Stay updated on company policies and procedures through the online portal.
Minimum Requirements:
* Level 2 Sewing Machinist
* Functional Skills
* Work-based learning
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm / 30 mins lunch
