It's vital for us that every resident enjoys meaningful one-to-one time with our carers during every shift.
ABOUT YOU: A background in care is important for this role, along with a good understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is preferred, as well as a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. Your dedication and compassion will drive you to support the wellbeing of residents. Flexibility is key, and you'll need your own car or ready access to one for travel. Mileage will be covered for distances over five miles from your home, and bonuses are available for achieving 'Good' ratings during inspections.
