Key Responsibilities: Partnership Sales Manager
Identify, source, and on-board retail partners that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance with commercial and company guidelines.
Monitor and manage partner performance to maximize sales outcomes, drive profitability, and enhance the product mix.
Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for the sales management team to inform decision-making and strategy.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, events, and POS materials, ensuring effective deployment across retail partners.
Establish and maintain a strong and resilient pipeline of retail partners to support long-term growth.
