Account Manager

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join a fast-paced business based in Christchurch. This on-site role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong client relationships, delivering outstanding service, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through strategic planning and relationship management.
* Develop tailored account plans aligned with commercial goals.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities to support sales targets.
* Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, develop solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and analyze reports to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
* Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across teams.
About You:
* Detail-oriented, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering value to clients.
* Creative problem solver who enjoys collaboration.
* Experience with sales analysis, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase client value.
* Experience in logistics or fulfillment environments is desirable.
* Proven success in identifying, approaching, and winning new business at beneficial levels.
