A boutique law firm based in the city are seeking an experienced office manager / PA to support a small team of fee earners with PA duties and assisting with the day to day management of the firm. Please note candidates must be available immediately. Key responsibilities: Provide PA support to a small team of fee earners including diary and inbox management. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and conference bookings. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient working environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and supplier relationships. Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records. Organise company events, meetings, and staff engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage office facilities. Liaise with IT support for office technology and system needs. Key Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (legal experience is not required). Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle confidential information professionally.
