Sales Professional
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Sales Professional on behalf of our client based in Hortonwood, Telford.
Our client are entering the next exciting phase of their journey meaning they are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join their dynamic team. If that’s you, you’ll be able to develop long standing relationships with clients, have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the furniture and workspace solutions industry, ideally with experience in the education sector. As a Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base by developing relationships with a clearly defined customer base.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE + Commission + Car + Fuel, Phone, Laptop, Pension)
Duties include but not limited to:
* Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Present and demonstrate our products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
* Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or workspace solutions industry.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
* Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
