Role Purpose Manage ICFR transformation, support finance pillars, report to Head of IT Controls Transformation. Accountabilities & Responsibilities Act as an expert, leading the day-to-day delivery of specific short-term and long-term transformation elements of the ICFR project plan. Manage internal and external support to deliver the specific elements of the ICFR project plan according to planned costs and timetable. Contribute to regular project management reporting to the Head of IT Controls Transformation and the Head of Business Controls Transformation. Highlight potential challenges or necessary revisions to scope, timetable, resources, or dependencies. Identify improvement opportunities within specific elements of the ICFR project plan, such as process changes or automation of controls. Collaborate with Business Controls Transformation peers and the Internal Controls team. Prepare briefing documents for external auditors as necessary. Work with teams reporting to Divisional CFOs and Divisional CIOs, and other senior members of the Group Functions. Skills & Capabilities Proven project management and organizational skills to lead delivery of workstreams to deadlines. Strong management skills for directing day-to-day activities of internal and external support. Excellent communication skills to articulate work status and risks. Strong ICFR skills, including IT processes and IT automated controls. Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and deliver change. Qualifications & Experience PCAOB audit experience and experience in a professional services or industry role. Experience with Oracle Fusion is required. Experience in delivering ICFR activities across at least one full financial year cycle. Experience in navigating material weakness or significant deficiency remediation is helpful, but not essential. Significant experience in finance transformation activities in ICFR or with ICFR impacts, such as global process owner deployment or ERP implementation. Experience in betting, gaming, or online entertainment businesses is helpful, but not essential. Measures of Success Achieving an unqualified ICFR opinion from external auditors for the year ended 31 December 2025. Delivery of a transformed ICFR environment across the global organization by the end of 2027. Maintaining an unqualified ICFR opinion from external auditors throughout the finance transformation period, especially in 2026 and 2027. Establishing a culture that values ICFR in external financial reporting, offering roles with growth potential.
