Founded in 1991, In Doors Manufacturing Ltd based in Toomebridge are the largest solid timber door manufacturer in Ireland. There are over 100 highly dedicated and skilled craftsmen employed within our company. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality kitchen doors and accessories to the retail trade throughout the UK and Ireland. We are in the process of increasing our Sales Support Team and have a role available for a Office Administrator The role requires the successful candidate to work alongside our existing sales team, inputting orders onto our system. We require an individual who is confident, proactive and forward thinking and who can communicate clearly with other team members. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to the following: Ensuring all customer orders and quotes are entered onto the system in a timely manner. Ensuring accurate competition of relevant data administration. Proactively contribute to the completion of the teams workload. The Ideal candidate will process the following qualities: Excellent communication skills Organised and efficient Driven and enthusiastic Good command of the written English language Able to take responsibility for and ownership of tasks, seeing them through to completion. Previous experience of the kitchen and bedroom manufacturing sector would be a great advantage; however, not necessary as full training will be provided. Our office is busy and varied, therefore your skills may be utilised as required within other departments, when necessary. The office hours are, Monday Thursday 8am 5pm and 8am 12pm on a Friday.
