What You’ll Be Doing:
You won’t just be fixing machines—you’ll be preventing problems before they happen. As part of our dedicated team, you’ll be keeping our production lines running at peak performance. Expect to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment while introducing fresh ideas to boost efficiency and reliability. You’ll also be hands-on in implementing PPM schedules, working with CMMS systems, and leading problem-solving initiatives to eliminate downtime and keep production running like a well-oiled machine.
What You Bring to the Table:
We need someone who lives and breathes engineering. You should have a recognized qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering, combined with a knack for fault-finding, hydraulics, pneumatics. If you’ve worked with CMMS systems, even better! But most importantly, I'm looking for a problem-solver—someone with a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset that pushes boundaries.
Your background needs to come from a solid FMCG environment or even a forces background, so you can come in and hit the ground running. This role could be one for life, so if you're looking for stability and the chance to settle then this is the role for you!
