Job Title: Content and Design Specialist Job Purpose We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong content development and presentation skills to join the teams Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Literacy, Culture, and Change Programme. You will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence, translating complex technical concepts into engaging and accessible content, and driving the design of our website and training materials. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling written materials, developing interactive tools, and ensuring a strong and consistent brand identity across all communications. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver content that informs, engages, and inspires. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Development - Write engaging blogs, standards, templates, how-to guides, articles, and news feeds that effectively communicate complex information in a clear and accessible way. Website Design & Content Management - Build and maintain a user-friendly website, integrating contributions from various stakeholders while ensuring content is informative and engaging. Translation of Technical Information - Convert technical documents into easily digestible, non-technical formats for a wider audience. Interactive Tools & Surveys - Design and develop online tools and surveys to drive engagement and collect valuable insights. Graphic Design & Branding - Lead the development of branding materials, graphical templates, and visual resources that align with the programme's identity. Training & Communications Support - Design visually appealing training materials and presentations tailored to different audiences, including senior stakeholders and employees at all levels. Stakeholder Engagement - Work closely with programme teams to ensure content and design align with strategic goals and resonate with the target audience. Hands-on Approach - Take ownership of graphic design, website development, and content creation, ensuring high-quality execution throughout the project.
