Sales Administrator Annual Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 Location: Bradford Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of an established textiles manufacture based in Bradford. Due to growth within the business out client are looking to add a Sales Administrator to their friendly team on a permanent basis. Day-to-day of the role: Take and process sales orders received via telephone, fax, email, post, and website. Utilise our in-house computer software to process all orders accurately. Handle credit card payments from non-account customers. Liaise with customers to resolve any queries via telephone and email. Coordinate with couriers regarding delivery issues and communicate effectively with internal warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong computer literacy to efficiently handle order processing software. Excellent telephone manner to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes. Good numeracy skills for handling transactions and order details. Proficient command of English, both verbal and written, to ensure clear communication. Benefits: Competitive salary range of £23,000 to £26,000 per year. Stable, full-time and permanent position.
