The role: We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Communications & Design Advisor to join our Transform team. This role is ideal for someone with a flair for design and content creation who wants to use their talents to support an important cause. You’ll play a key part in promoting our purpose and values through engaging content that resonates with mainly internal, but also external audiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering eye-catching and engaging communications across various platforms, from creating publications, newsletters and videos to managing content on our website, social media and internal channels. You’ll also be our go-to person ensuring our brand is consistently applied across all communications and you’ll help showcase the incredible work we do. We’re ideally looking for: • Proven experience in multi-channel comms – including print, digital, video and social media. • A strong background in content creation: writing, design, editing and, ideally, video compilation. • Proficiency in design and photo-editing software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to build strong relationships with all stakeholders. • Creativity, initiative and strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
