About the role
An exciting opportunity to join The Red Kite Learning Trust within the Harrogate Cluster Team as an Attendance Family Support Worker. Our Cluster team works with local schools and partners in Leeds and Harrogate with the aim to deliver specialist 1:1 support to vulnerable children, young people, and families with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. The overall objectives of the Cluster Team are to work with families to improve attendance, attainment, behaviour, emotional wellbeing and mental health, and overcome barriers to learning. The focus of this new role will be to support families holistically to help address overall support needs and encourage positive attendance at school.
