What skills and experience we're looking for
Downham Market Academy require an innovative and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to join the leadership team of our outstanding school.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity and leadership skills to support and inspire the wider school community. You will have a proven track record of effective leadership and success, exemplary classroom practice as well as an ability to lead and motivate staff, to think proactively and work collaboratively.
The applicant should have strong experience in leading a faculty area in a written subject and should have A-Level or degree level English qualifications.
