Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site safety, quality assurance, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and sub-contractor management. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities: Oversee site safety and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Manage quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials Coordinate MEP installations and ensure they meet project requirements Supervise and manage sub-contractors to ensure they meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards Develop and maintain project schedules and perform regular project progress reviews Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely decision-making Manage and control project budgets, costs, and expenditures Implement and monitor construction best practices to improve efficiency and productivity Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation and reports Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience as Construction Manager Degree in construction management, civil engineering, or strong trade background Proven experience as a construction manager or a similar role In-depth knowledge of construction management processes means, and methods Strong understanding of construction safety and quality standards Proficient in project management software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and lead by example Day-to-day: Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Review project schedules and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns Monitor and track project expenditures to ensure adherence to the budget Provide guidance and support to the project team to ensure successful project completion
