Working Electrical Foreman We are recruiting on behalf of a valued M&E contractor who is seeking an experienced Working Electrical Foreman to join their team on a large-scale warehouse fit-out project in Northampton, starting at the end of April. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident managing teams on-site while still being hands-on with the tools. Key Responsibilities: Leading and supervising a team of up to 8 electricians Overseeing day-to-day operations and installation works Liaising with the Project Manager to ensure smooth site coordination Delivering installations to a high standard including: Data basket and tray Small power Lighting relocation Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures on-site Essential Requirements: SSSTS ECS Gold Card IPAF (3a/3b) First Aid Certificate Strong leadership and communication skills Previous experience in a working foreman role on commercial projects What’s on Offer: Competitive rates (dependant on experience) Up to 45 hours per week Long-term, ongoing work with a reputable contractor Opportunity to lead a skilled team on a professional commercial project Demand for this role will undoubtedly be high and interviews will be arranged very soon.
