We have an exciting opportunity for a Fixed Term, Full Time, Project Manager to join Southampton City Council (SCC) in the Project and Change team.

About you:
We are looking for a hands-on, pragmatic Project Manager to join our project delivery team. The successful candidate will work across transformation and business change projects and will need to be comfortable delivering multiple projects across any required remit.
You will be comfortable working independently and as part of a wider project team, astute to the political nature of the public sector. Ownership and accountability are a must, with proven experience of end to end project delivery and the ability to build constructive relationships across a range of stakeholders.

Additional information:
* This post is a fixed term contract for one year.
* It is usual for successful candidates to start at the bottom of the pay grade.
* There will be an expectation for the successful candidate to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
