Responsibilities:
* As an IT Technician / Helpdesk Analyst / First Line Support NOC Engineer, you will serve as the first point of contact for support inquiries within our Network Operations Centre, handling communications via phone, email, and our client portal. Your responsibilities will include logging details of faults in our ticketing system, diagnosing and resolving issues, coordinating tests and troubleshooting with clients, and liaising with vendors and partners to address technical faults. You will also keep clients informed about the progress of support tickets and aim for resolution within the SLA and quality standards. Additionally, you may provide remote assistance to customers and support our Network Operations team at various locations.
