Leasehold Coordinator (1.5 FTE)

We are seeking a 1.5 FTE Leasehold Coordinators to join our Leasehold Services Team on a Full or Part time basis. These are permanent opportunities, which will have a key focus on providing excellent service and communication to all of Eastlight’s residential leasehold customers.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all relevant leasehold queries. This includes ensuring that leaseholders are accurately informed on statutory notices and accounts, the process of lease extension, as well as addressing complaints, investigating and seeking to secure positive resolutions in line with legislation, policy, and procedures.
You will also assist leasehold customer experiencing financial difficulties, through negation and arranging repayment plans. In addition, you will liaise effectively with other internal and external stakeholders, such as other Eastlight colleagues or Eastlight’s legal framework solicitors.
To be successful, you will need proven experience in delivering excellent customer service, while working in a residential leasehold services position within a housing association or local authority. A relevant professional qualification would be advantageous, although not essential.

* Salary Per Annum: £35,374 FTE
* Contract Type: Permanent
* 1.5 Full Time Equivalent posts available (Full and/or Part Time)
