We’re on the lookout for an IT Performance Analyst Apprentice to join our IT Security and Governance team. The IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Team is here to ensure we protect our customers whilst enabling innovation and great customer experience. The team support the entire business including our Voice, claims, Networks and infrastructure Channels, Digital Products, and services, from awareness to direct security delivery and more. Translating business needs into analytics/reporting requirements to support decisions and workflows Creating KPIs, dashboards and performance reports Developing/Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of a range of reporting Identifying trends and drivers of change with insightful commentary Maintaining a strong relationship with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements Produce ad-hoc reports to aid business decision making and applying appropriate controls to ensure that information is of high quality Monitor performance to identify areas of improvement and detect bottlenecks You should apply if you have… Ability to solve problems proactively Prioritisation and workload management Strong team working and collaboration skills Analytical thinking and numerical skills Resilience and ability to adapt to change Strong communication skills Skilled stakeholder management.
