About The Role
Female Support Worker - Swansea - Full time 40.25 hours per week & Part time 23 hours per week - £11.60 to £12.50 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience - Annual location allowance of £1,500.
Please note this role is designated for female applicants only in accordance with the specific need of the individuals being supported and therefore exempt from the Equality Act 2010.
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, helping them to lead active, socially valued, and fulfilling lives. You will work closely with each individual, tailoring support to their unique needs and aspirations.
A day in the life of a Support Worker at Cartref Mynydd includes:
1. Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
2. Supporting our people during recreational activities, outings, and community integration.
3. Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones.
4. Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs.
5. Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
6. General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.
