About the Role:
As a Building Manager / Soft Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the building's facilities and soft services, providing a safe and efficient environment for tenants, staff, and visitors. You will manage day–to–day operations, coordinate cleaning and maintenance services, and oversee the health and safety of the premises.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the operation of all building systems, ensuring efficiency and safety.
* Manage soft services, including cleaning, security, and waste management.
* Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and relevant legislation.
* Monitor and report on service delivery performance, making improvements where necessary.
* Address tenant queries and ensure a high standard of customer service.
* Assist with budget management, ensuring cost–effective solutions.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Building Manager or Soft Services Manager role, preferably in a commercial environment.
* Strong knowledge of facilities management, soft services, and health & safety regulations.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* A hands–on approach with a proactive problem–solving attitude.
