Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Communications, you will be part strategist, part storyteller and part communications advisor. You will develop recruitment marketing strategies in line with our UK Growth Strategy. You'll meet talented engineers, designers, planners, economists, graduates and apprentices to help articulate the stories behind their careers at Stantec. You will promote initiatives, benefits, learning and development and the Stantec culture to our external audiences. Key responsibilities will include; - Design and execute a recruitment marketing strategy to support our regional talent acquisition strategy to drive quality candidates to Stantec. - Build digital, social, and advertising campaigns and report on strategic outcomes. - Build brand awareness and engage talent through creating & curating content storytelling. - Be our in-house journalist, identifying stories from within that can be translated into PR opportunities. - Execute content management strategies. - Manage targeted advertising and third-party media advertising campaigns. - Stay at the forefront of recruitment marketing. - Support events management (recruitment) and integrate into the wider events and conference plan. About You You're an experienced marketeer, an ideas person who is passionate about defining, developing, and communicating employer brand proposition in a creative and compelling way. With a bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or related discipline, you possess proven recruitment marketing experience in corporate or agency environment. You can provide evidence of your exemplary creative writing campaigns and successful planning & execution. You can demonstrate past examples of successful social media strategy and the delivery of digital communications including Podcast and videos.
