Reporting to: BTR Finance Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
2. Prepare monthly management accounts.
3. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
5. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
2. Experience in management accounting.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
