Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician
Caerphilly
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 plus pension scheme and more

A specialist manufacturing business who supplies the FMCG market is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician. The business has recently secured investment to help accelerate their growth and drive sustainable innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Run and maintain factory equipment and assembly processes, monitor and check product quality and document results.
2. Achieve maximum effectiveness of machinery and equipment by minimising downtime and supporting the effective operation of the PPM system.
3. Ensure efficient production through maintenance of assets and assured technical capabilities.
4. Perform equipment setup, operation, equipment adjustments, and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet all standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
5. Work on high-speed machinery, conveyors, motors, FMCG machinery, drives, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
1. Multi-skilled maintenance background - can be electrical or mechanical bias.
2. NVQ Level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline preferred.
3. Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
