Job summary This role involves leading, supporting, and continuously improving clinical governance and quality of care for residents in nursing homes across Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in resident/patient care, managing chronic diseases, and wound dressings, and will be responsible for reviewing and supporting the performance of each home in the region to ensure the highest clinical standards are met.
