G DOC works with GPs across the county, to ensure general practice is sustainable and responsive to local needs. Purpose of the role To ensure the delivery of safe, high quality, productive, and contractually compliant services at all times. About us You will be required to be immunised in compliance with Green Book (link attached) and NHS recommendations for your role (unless medically exempt). We were the first GP provider in the area to work across different practices, the first to create a membership organisation, and the first to provide primary care services at a countywide level. We have continued to innovate, with our Covid Virtual Ward, one of the most successful in the country; our Parachute nursing service; and our hub and spoke model for GP practices. We are growing as an organisation, creating a requirement for a more sophisticated infrastructure. You will lead this development, building a robust and resilient organisation that retains flexibility and the appetite for innovation. Reporting to our Chief Executive, you will be a member of our executive team and of the Board, with the opportunity to shape and lead the future strategic direction of the organisation.
