Position: Trainee EYFS Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist EYFS practitioners in delivering a high-quality early years curriculum
2. Support children’s learning and development through engaging activities
3. Help create a safe, stimulating, and positive environment for young learners
4. Provide one-on-one support to children with additional needs
5. Assist in observing and tracking children’s progress
6. Support children in their social, emotional, and personal development
7. Help with the day-to-day operations and routines within the nursery setting
What We’re Looking For:
1. A passion for early years education and working with young children
2. Enthusiasm to learn and develop within an early years environment
3. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children and staff
4. Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to supporting children’s development
5. Ideally, some experience working with young children (voluntary or paid)
6. A desire to pursue a career in early years education
