Business Development Executive (SaaS)
£32k basic, £60k OTE, hybrid working

We are recruiting for a fast-growth SaaS business based in the NorthWest. The company is award-winning and provides a powerful video interviewing platform to businesses of varying sizes, helping them save time and hire better talent.
As a result of explosive growth over the past couple of years, they are hiring a couple of BDEs to join the team. The role will consist of identifying new business opportunities with mid-market to enterprise companies who could benefit from using their platform. You will be booking software demos for the Account Executives to close and will receive commission on any revenue created as a result.
The company provides a clear progression path, which consists of 6 months cumulative target achievement to qualify for an AE position. To be considered for this BDE role, we are looking for candidates with:
1. 6 months+ experience in an outbound sales role
2. Natural curiosity and an enthusiasm for learning
3. Proven track record of hitting and achieving sales targets
4. Communication and collaboration skills
5. Ability to bring your energy, passion, and ideas to the table
