Part Time Retail Sales Advisor
Hours: 10 hours per week over 2 days (Saturday and Monday – 8.00am – 1pm)
We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and reliable Part Time Retail Sales Advisor to join the team at our PaintWell store in Preston. Providing exceptional service to our customers in branch, you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keeping the branch running smoothly. Experience with our products isn't necessary; if you bring great customer service and team working skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.
As a Retail Sales Advisor with Brewers, some of your responsibilities will include:
1. Providing exceptional service to customers in the branch, to deliver upon our reputation for quality and service
2. Using product knowledge to provide recommendations and help customers find the best product for their needs
3. Mixing paint for customers, processing orders and requesting stock from within the Branch network
4. Developing sales of the Company product ranges
5. Building relationships with customers to fully identify their needs and allow us to provide a comprehensive service
6. Promoting seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales
7. Assisting with stock maintenance in the branch, unloading all stock received, storing promptly and in line with Company procedures
8. Unloading deliveries and ensuring stock is distributed throughout the store
Who we are looking for:
1. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations
2. Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality - happy to help both customers and colleagues
3. Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual
4. Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within our industry
5. Previous retail experience would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate
