This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced ESR specialist or an ESR end user who already has a good grounding in ESR or related workforce systems. This role sits in a progressive department that offers clear career opportunities and succession after training is completed.
We are looking for a forward thinking, innovative team player who is enthusiastic and who will establish themselves as a key point of reference for all matters relating to the Trust’s ESR (Electronic Staff Record) system.
You will directly lead a small team but will indirectly lead both the HR function and Trust with ESR related changes and continuous improvement initiatives. You will need to be able to prioritise work to deadlines as well as have excellent communication, organisational skills and high attention to detail.
