Job summary LOCUM CONSULTANT IN OBSTETRICS ROYAL LONDON HOSPITAL The post-holder will be a general obstetrician to contribute to the existing team. Main duties of the job Women's Health Division In line with trust leadership model, the Women's Division is one of the 5 divisions in Royal London and Mile End Hospitals. The Division manages Maternity and Gynaecology as well as Outpatients department and Medical Records for the entire site. The Divisional Triumvirate comprises a Divisional Director, a Divisional Manager and an Associate Director of Midwifery and Nursing (ADON) who report to the site leadership team. The Divisional Triumvirate is responsible for Strategy, Operational performance, and Governance of the Division. The Divisional Manager and ADON report to the Divisional Director who, in turn, reports to the Chief Executive Officer of Royal London and Mile End Hospitals. Under the Divisional triumvirate, there is a service line triumvirate consisting of Clinical Director, General Manager, Deputy Head of Midwifery and Senior Nurse. The service line triumvirate is supported by the Service managers, Clinical leads and matrons.
