We have just registered a great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join our successful and growing Client on a temporary basis. The role could potentially lead to a permanent position. Working as part of a close-knit team you will be ensuring that HR Operations are delivered to a high standard, providing an excellent service to all members of staff. Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered. Temporary HR Advisor Responsibilities Providing advice and support on employee relations matters Managing the onboarding and leaver process Ensuring that HRIS is up to date, in line with the latest policies and changes Advising on company benefits package Preparing the payroll actions each month and dealing general payroll and pension queries Dealing with recruitment and selection Managing and responding to staff queries Contributing to the revision/maintenance of the Staff Handbook and HR policies in line with legislative changes and best practice Supporting the company’s Learning and Development agenda Supporting the company’s performance management process Supporting the development of the company’s DEI agenda Temporary HR Advisor Rewards Alongside a competitive hourly rate, the successful candidate will receive the following benefits: Holiday pay Valuable experience in a highly regarded and visionary organisation The Company Our fantastic client is a leader in their field, with a friendly and hardworking culture. Temporary HR Advisor Requirements Proven and dedicated HR experience at advisor level CIPD qualified or equivalent experience Extremely well organised and detail -orientated Ability to juggle multiple tasks and organise own time/prioritise Supportive and open to partnering with staff from across the wider business to tackle challenges and find solutions Excellent verbal/written communication Effective project management skills Familiarity with Bamboo HR Strong grasp of employment law and essential employee policies Experience in performance management, DEI and L&D Location Our client is based in Oxford and there is no parking available onsite.
