Position: Onsite Technical Manager

What You’ll Do:
* Lead the Charge: Manage onsite registration for events of all sizes, from intimate conferences to massive 80,000+ attendee gatherings.
* Be the Go-To Person: Serve as the main onsite contact for clients, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
* Tech Operations: Set up, operate, and break down registration equipment with ease.
* Problem Solver: Quickly troubleshoot technical issues to keep things on track.
* Customer Care: Build strong client relationships and deliver top-notch service.
* Crowd Management: Oversee entrance and queue operations to ensure a smooth flow of attendees.
* Event Expertise: Advise clients on best practices to enhance the onsite experience.
* Quick Study: Quickly get up to speed on the event industry and our services.
* Adapt on the Fly: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
What You Bring:
* Strong Communicator: You’re skilled at clear, effective communication and keeping everyone in the loop.
* Technical Know-How: Experience in hardware setup and configuration is essential.
* Microsoft Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft products is a plus.
* Proven Leader: You’ve led teams in high-pressure situations and know how to get the best results.
* Organised & Efficient: You excel at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
* Quick Learner: You pick up new processes and technologies quickly.
* Cool Under Pressure: You stay calm and focused, even in the most dynamic environments.
* Ready to Travel: A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel are required.
* Have a Flexible approach to working hours: Not every day is a 9-5 day.
