They are experiencing growth and are looking a Personal Assistant to join to help manage 3 Directors. Job Overview: My client are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal and Professional Assistant to support three directors in both personal and professional capacities. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, flexible, and able to handle a variety of tasks, ensuring seamless operations for both personal and work-related matters. The PA will be responsible for managing schedules, correspondence, personal errands, business appointments, and more. Key Responsibilities: Personal Duties: Manage and coordinate personal calendars and appointments, ensuring time management and scheduling efficiency. Organise and oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and transportation. Run personal errands such as online gift purchasing and handling personal correspondence. Oversee household management tasks, including organising services and maintenance as needed. Assist with personal events, such as family gatherings, social events, or parties. Handle confidential matters with discretion and maintain personal files and documents. Manage, plan, and organise personal tasks on behalf of the directors. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to adapt to varying personal and professional needs.
