Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products or services, fostering customer loyalty, and driving customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: 1.To implement service works including training, project guidance, hotline on duty and software update to clients 2.To work with sales team in driving/ managing renewals and sales demo assistance 3.To do product requirement collection and contribute suggestions to product new feature development 4.To assist product team to do test for software new updates 5.To learn new features timely when product team release new version software 6.To follow up company's service policy to implement service work and maintain customer relationship 7.To manage existing clients' software usage situation and relationship maintenance by giving monthly call return 8.Case Project collections and methodology summary 9.Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and support team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing. Knowledge & Experience 1.Professional background of education: Construction Engineering 2.More than 5 years of construction project management experience, especially on-site management experience. 3.Familiar with construction project management software, experience in implementing construction project management software is preferred 4.Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to communicate with clients well, with overseas work or study experience preferred Required Skills 1.Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated 2.Pro-active and ability to work independently 3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 4.Strong problem-solving abilities 5.Live with positive vibes, most importantly willing to take action with “CAN DO” attitude 6.Take initiative to understand the in-depth knowledge on our in-house products as well as other products in the market while liaising with client
