Head of Infrastructure Asset Management
As Head of Service for our new Infrastructure Asset Management Service you’ll be ensuring the Council’s roads, lighting and drainage infrastructure is fit for purpose and delivering on the Council’s strategic and local commitments as a key member of our Neighbourhood & Regeneration Services (NRS) Directorate. As an experienced manager and engineer you’ll provide direction and leadership to the Group Managers of our frontline workforces delivering, operating and maintaining roads and structural assets including construction and repair of roads, surface water drainage, street & amenity lighting, bridges and structures, the Clyde Tunnel and Tidal Weir, as well as providing leadership for our Roads Trading Organisation.
Under the Local Government and Housing Act 1989, this post is politically restricted.
