Specification Sales Manager - Lighting Industry
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for lighting and a background in specification sales? We are looking for an experienced Specification Sales Manager to cover key territories across South East: NN/PE/MK/LU/SG/CB/CM/CO/UP/NR and HP/RG/GU/PO/RH/BN/TN/ME/CT.
If you have a proven track record of selling into the specification market and enjoy working with architects, MEP consultants, and designers, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow sales within the specified regions through specification.
2. Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, and specifiers.
3. Drive new business and nurture existing accounts from initial contact to project completion.
4. Actively engage in product presentations, CPDs, and tenders to ensure successful specifications.
What We're Looking For:
1. 3+ years in lighting sales, with experience selling through specification.
2. A deep understanding of the lighting industry, products, and the competitive landscape.
3. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Proactive, results-driven, and organized in managing multiple projects.
