Customer Service Representative
Our client
We have recently partnered with an extremely fast growing business who are currently expanding in their customer service division. They pride themselves on their exceptional standard of service, which is consistently delivered by thoroughly understanding client needs. Due to recent contract wins, they are looking for new additions to join their dynamic team. This opportunity would suit an individual currently working in retail who is looking to gain more experience in an office environment, as full training is provided.
Hours: Monday - Friday (one Saturday every month) - 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm
Salary: £24k/£25k
Job Description:
1. First point of contact for all incoming calls, ensuring all queries are dealt with in a professional manner.
2. Recording all call information onto the system accurately and sending out confirmations on the CRM system.
3. Working efficiently in a team dynamic to ensure all targets are achieved daily.
4. Booking in appointments to manage diaries and organize external parties.
5. Support internal divisions and manage administrative tasks with good attention to detail.
