Hourly Rate: £12.44 per hour

Status: Permanent
Hours of Work: 37.50 per week Monday to Thursday 7am/3.30pm and Friday 7am/12.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Assembler, you will:
* Work in accordance with manufacturing specifications and operating instructions.
* Hand build rubber and textiles to meet high-quality standards.
* Operate safely and consistently, ensuring workplace safety.
* Collaborate effectively as part of a small team.
* Take responsibility for the quality of the products you manufacture.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and 5S activities.
* Accurately report on the M3 (ERP system).
