Responsibilities:
- Individual and Group Support: Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students with special educational needs, ensuring full curriculum access and participation.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with teachers and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to deliver tailored support strategies.
- Diverse SEN Support: Assist students with various needs, including autism, learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and emotional or behavioural challenges.
- Inclusive Learning Environment: Contribute to creating a positive and supportive atmosphere where all students feel valued.
- Intervention Delivery: Implement specific programmes to support students' academic and personal development.
- Personal Care Assistance: Provide personal care support when required, adhering to school policies.

- Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting is desirable.
