Your new role
You will be joining a well established, professional and friendly team who work tomon goals and objectives. Your role will be diverse with no two days being the same. Your duties will include operational support to the Estate Director, for example, managing the inhouse maintenance workload and priorities, reviewing invoices, taking delivery of furniture, etc. answering the office phone. Ensuring rents are paid on time, advising the Estate Director of debtors. Producing reports detailing when leases are due to expire and when rent reviews areing up and agreeing a plan of action for these with the Estate Director then executing it. Ensuring that all properties arepliant, organising contractors to carry out gas safety checks, EICRs etc. Ensuring that themercial properties are fullypliant. Organising for contractors to attend to tenanted properties to carry out repairs and maintenance. Producing service charge accounts and budgets formercial tenants. Managing the local residential andmercial agents to ensure the timely turn around of vacant properties.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking to hire an engaging, organised and experienced Property/Estate/Land Administrator. Applicants must be able to clearly demonstrate on their CV experience of working within a similar Property/Estate/Land Administrator role.
