This is an exciting time to join DHC as we work in our new federated leadership model with Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, with a joint Chair and Chief Executive across both trusts. We’re also working with our GP Alliance to develop health and care services focussed on addressing the specific needs of our diverse neighbourhoods across the county.
As Chief Operating Officer you will play an important part within our executive team and on DHC’s Board, as well empoweringcolleagues to deliver the highest levels of operational performance and ensure consistency across our services.
You’ll have abroad range of strategic skills and you’ll be able to constructively challenge, inspire, motivate and influence both internally and externally. An adept communicator for a wide range of audiences, you’ll demonstrate a genuine commitment to listening to and supporting staff, patients, services users, families and carers.
