BCHA are a diverse and growing specialist housing, learning and support provider. We provide support to our customers who may be facing a range of issues such as homelessness, domestic abuse, mental health, substance misuse, and human trafficking.
BCHA provide temporary accommodation in Exeter, and are looking for a Night Worker to join our small and supportive team.
BCHA offer competitive rates of pay and a full induction including a high level of tailored training in every aspect of the position to ensure that all staff are supported to provide the best quality of service.
The ideal applicant is someone who can work a 4 Nights on and 4 Nights off rota, including bank holidays, with an opportunity to cover additional shifts. Although various nights could be available to the right candidate. You will receive a full induction, extensive training & regular management support, so you can carry out your role to a highest standard.
