Entity: Customers & Products Job Family Group: Strategic Planning & Business Development Group Job Description: The PMO (Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Office) is a crucial function, providing support, integration and governance across Castrol Global Marketing Transformation initiatives. The Castrol Spielberg PMO is responsible for coordinating the marketing change programme and project management activities, ensuring they are aligned with Castrol’s marketing strategic goals. This role acts as a bridge between Accenture, Spielberg C&P teams, Global Marketing and Global Business Transformation, senior management, project teams and partners, ensuring that the marketing change projects as per EFM are delivered successfully, within budget, and on time. Key Responsibilities: Leading the PMO infrastructure across Project Spielberg, handling timelines, interdependencies & priorities of the several workstreams. Driving PMO excellence to ensure audit readiness and required project and process controls Handling daily air-traffic control of risks, issues from a business-wide audience. Key engagement with central C&P Spielberg partners and working team. Provide periodic status updates to VP Marketing, BT PMO team, Castrol Leadership Team and bp C&P groups. Working closely with team members across Global Transformation, Comms, P&C, Finance, Procurement, Business Transformation Tags, Global Functions and other key SMEs, this individual will be accountable for the project management, reporting, co-ordinating of key projects. Provides timely and transparent reporting on Castrol Marketing benefits tracking to VP, LT and central Business Transformation team. Develop and maintains Castrol Marketing Transformation roadmap and programme portfolio visibility Key Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field Knowledge and understanding of Castrol’s marketing infrastructure globally, inclusive of key disciplines, processes and ways of working. Leadership and Management - the ability to lead a team, inspire confidence, and ensure the PMO's success through effective leadership and decision-making. Communication Skills - as the central hub of communication, you must be adept at engaging with partners at all levels, from project managers to the C-suite (CEO, CFO, etc) Strategic Thinking - Ability to see the bigger picture and understand how the project aligns with broader business goals. Analytical Skills -focus on reporting and data-driven decision-making, PMO Managers must be able to interpret complex information to improve project outcomes. Risk and Issue Management- Identifying, analysing, and mitigating risks is a core component of the PMO Manager's responsibilities. Change Management: - drive of project delivery, PMO Managers must navigate and lead change initiatives, ensuring that teams adapt to new methods or technologies seamlessly.
