We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to manage all aspects of administration for a Civil Engineering project in Saltend, near Hull. This role is working in a live site environment where we are completing a 12 month contract comprising of earthworks, piling, reinforced concrete structures, paving, & drainage.
The Administrator will work 18 hours per week but we can be flexible how this works. This can either be 2 days working full time hours or part time hours over 4 days to suit (such as 09:00 – 13:30 or 10:00 – 14:30).
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Opening and distributing incoming post & emails
2. Photocopying/scanning/printing
3. Welcoming visitors
4. Answering calls/emails
5. Coordinating deliveries to site
6. Managing invoices and receipts
7. Completing labour timesheets
8. Uploading documents to our in-house system and to external portals
9. Stationary orders
10. Updating spreadsheets
11. Various adhoc administration duties as required
Skills/Background:
12. Strong IT skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Applications
13. Experience of working within construction would be beneficial but not essential
