Specalist Provision Department Foundation Learning Lecturer 37 hours per week £34,670.00 - £40,600.00 per annum depending on experience MAIN PURPOSE OF POST You will be planning, delivering and assessing inclusive, responsive and innovative teaching and learning on a range of English, Maths, Enrichment and Vocational programmes within the curriculum area. You will constantly strive to produce outstanding teaching and learning at all times to ensure that all learners succeed in their chosen programmes. You will be working with learners between the ages of 14 and 25 who require additional support due to a range of emotional, social, learning and behavioural needs. You should be experienced in adaptive and flexible teaching. You should be open to supporting students in a therapeutic and trauma informed way and be able to understand the needs behind the secondary behaviours. You will be resilient, flexible and able to reflect alone and in a team.
