My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Health and Safety Manager to their management team.
The Health and Safety Manager will form an integral part of the Management Team, working across all aspects of the business with the aim of delivering first-class Health, Safety, and Environment Leadership across the Company.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Review, develop, implement, and monitor all management systems relating to Health and Safety.
2. Ensure that staff, visitors, and contractors are sufficiently trained to comply with current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.
3. Periodically help review, monitor, and evaluate existing processes while keeping abreast of new and upcoming legislation.
4. Support and advise all departments on required training.
5. Deliver specific training as required by the business to ensure compliance with Company Environmental, Health, and Safety systems and procedures.
This is an office-based role at our client's head office in Petersfield, generally 5 days a week, but as part of the role, you will be required to go on site visits to ensure that all correct Health & Safety processes and procedures are being followed.
