Client Services Executive

Prior experience isn't necessary - full training is provided.

Respond to inbound queries via phone, email, and web chat
Make follow-up calls and return voicemails when needed
Accurately document actions and maintain up to date records
Deliver exceptional service while adapting to different customer situations
Manage challenging queries or calls with professionalism and resilience
Work efficiently to meet response times and "Right First Time" resolution target
Refer a friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to £500!
