Internal Sales Executive Kidderminster £25k-£32k plus excellent commission. 9am-5am M-TH and 8am-2.30pm Friday Our clients are keen to recruit a motivated sales professional with a focus on driving new business and managing accounts. Your role will be to make outbound calls to both new prospects and dormant accounts whilst having a proactive nature to suggest new ideas. Experience in construction/steel is beneficial but not required as our client will consider candidates from other industries. Key highlights: Active prospecting: Identifying new customers and sales opportunities through various methods Account management: Engaging with dormant and existing customers to rebuild relationships. Communication and collaboration: Liaising with team members and explaining company and product information effectively. Sales strategy: Tracking progress through a contact management system, setting future tasks, and following up on quotations to close deals. Essential Requirements: 1-2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred). Familiarity with Excel and a results-oriented mindset. Strong team collaboration and customer-focused approach.
